		<description>I'm still not a fan, nor will ever become a fan of Splash pages. A) if you have to ask the user what kind of connection they have, you've failed. B)You have the "3 click" rule, why add another click for the user? And, on the topic of a fast load times: stick to CSS driven design/development, load JavaScipt in the footer and only on the pages that need it.</description>
